La normativa EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation) prevede determinati obblighi, oltre che per le controparti finanziarie, anche per le controparti non finanziarie, ossia anche le imprese che operano in derivati OTC (Over The Counter, cioè non scambiati su mercati regolamentati).
